I bought the Ring Chime to go with my Ring Doorbell, and it has been a great addition. It was easy to set up—just plug it in, connect it to the app, and it works right away. The sound quality is clear, and the volume can be adjusted, which is really useful.One of the best things about it is that it lets me hear the doorbell even when my phone isn’t nearby. The different chime tones are a nice touch, and the device has a sleek, simple design that blends in well.If you have a Ring Doorbell and sometimes miss notifications, this is definitely worth getting.

It's not bad, plenty loud enough, there is a short delay from pressing the bell to the chime playing but it's not a deal breaker and probably down to where it's placed. The item was good value for money and extremely simple to set up so if you are technophobe then this will not give you any issues, it's not huge which is good just a small plug in unit about the size of a plug in air freshener and is good quality. A light will come on when it's connected to the doorbell to let you know it's working properly!

Got this Ring Door Bell Chime as my husband wanted to hear the chime in the house & not just rely on my phone, it’s easy to set up & does the job well.

Really happy with this Ring Chime. Setup took just a couple of minutes - just plug it in, connect it through the app, and that’s it. Now I can hear the doorbell even when my phone’s on silent or in another room. The chime is nice and clear, and you can adjust the volume which is handy. Just a simple, useful little gadget that makes the whole Ring system work better indoors.

Neat and impressive. Arrived quickly. Comes with two types of plug ends - normal flat, three pin and one with two, round pins. As with everything these days there were no instructions but, using the Ring doorbell app, set up took only a matter of minutes. However I could not understand why I could only hear the ring sounds via the mobiles and Amazon Echo Show. No sound from the chime at all. My fault entirely! However, I went back into the app - sounds, re-selected sounds and discovered I had not set the volume! Now, it is amazing. No more carrying the mobile everywhere and both motion and doorbell can be heard easily indoors despite the thick walls and double glazed, two door porch. The doorbell itself can also be heard outside and the chime itself also clearly plays the selected motion alert sound just indoors and through our devices but not outside - Perfect. I thought it was expensive but it has impressed both of us - so pleased we decided to purchase this chime. Could have done with a few more, slightly longer musical sounds as the longest one for motion Is Laugh and the doorbell is Dogs Barking. Because of the layout of our home, we need a long sound to alert us for both motion and doorbell. But it is a great gadget, small - not much bigger than a normal plug and very neat in appearance - no need for unsightly wires and WiFi setup takes only minutes.

Works fine, easy to set up, battery life OK (about 2-3 months between charges).BUT they want to charge you £7.99 per month to store videos. (You don't have the option to store your own data locally). Without this, you only get live, real time video. So you can't, for example, check who's been to your house later on.If this suits you, go with it. But I think we'll move to another device.
