I was purchased the item on last October 2024.Within 5 months of using this product the base colour coating start to remove and one of the stand of base also broke.Too much bad product and They didn't want to give any repair service I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with this product. To ask Amazon about this, you Extremely Disappointing Product – Do Not Recommend! I purchased this item in October 2024, and within just five months of use, the base color coating began to peel off, and one of the stands broke. This product is of very poor quality, and I am extremely dissatisfied with it. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service for a repair, they refused to provide any service without charging additional fees, even though the product comes with a 2-year warranty (according to the invoice). It is unacceptable that a product like this is being sold without proper quality control, especially with such a misleading warranty. I would not recommend this product to anyone. First of all Prestige is famous for home kichen appliances. But it is most expensive for a middle class family to buy prestige's very good quality product. It's mean Prestige Magic plus is better than IRIS but not better Marvel plus. Price gap between Magic plus and Marvel is around 2K. So a middle class man never extend their budget Rs. 4K to directly 6.5K. For this reason I could not buy Marvel plus model. Otherwise Magic Plus also good. Right side gas pipe inlet. Two medium and one Small burner are present. I don't think the body black paint lasting a long years. Now let's see how much years it's body paint last. I think it's body is not stainless steel it's normal quality steel with black paint.Glass quality 6mm also good. Buring quality good for small family because company is not provide big burner with this model. Fast delivery with care and no damage. If your budget is around 4k (3 burner) and you want only Prestige then check out it. Must buy 💯 💯
