Hogwarts is huge and whilst this initially seemed a negative as it was quite daunting and easy to get lost, it is actually a blessing because there is so much to do in Hogwarts alone that you forget about the actual levels! Trying to hunt down every character and red and gold bricks is lots of fun, and you are definitely getting your money's worth! Hours of fun game time, assuming you don't just do the levels and then quit! If you are a huge Potter fan, you will adore exploring Hogwarts and seeing all the cool touches they've included from the books (or not, in some cases, like the Hufflepuff common room!). I play the game alone, however I have done previous games on Coop mode and know how enjoyable that can be too!In conclusion, this game is definitely the best of the LEGO games so far. Bring on Years 5-7!

The lego video games have enchanted me from the first moment I picked up Lego Star wars original trilogy and this instalment is no different.As a fan of the Harry Potter franchise, I couldn't wait to play this game and wasn't disappointed.I found the controls fairly easy and intuitive and really liked the quick select option for the spells. There were hints around for the less experienced or younger gamer to prevent too much frustration.The game was fairly quick to play from beginning to end and is rather linear for some tastes. i completed it in a few short hours, but fear not. For the completionists among us this only finished the game to about 35% total. To get 100% completion you had to attain "true wizard" level of stud collection, collect pieces of house crests, red bricks, gold bricks and character tokens. This is achievable by replaying the levels in the story mode again and choosing alternative characters, or by selecting free play.In story mode, true to Travellers Tales M.O., the cut scenes convey the bones of the story with no dialogue but with a liberal sprinkling of humour and farce.I thoroughly recommend this game and to that end, pretty much all of the Travellers Tales' previous forays into Lego video games.

Another great lego game. Does have a habit of freezing occasionally, which is frustrating but overall I really enjoy playing this. So much to do after you have completed the main story levels.

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter who has only recently discovered Harry Potter and has become slightly obsessed with it. Although in her words "Harry is sooooo annoying, Draco is much better and I don't think he really wants to be bad it's his parents fault". She thoroughly enjoyed playing through the first four films in this wonderfully comedic game. We all enjoyed dropping in to help her out here and there and also just watching her play.

I much prefer this to LEGO LotR. Somehow the Hogwarts type magic works better for me than the slightly contrived LotR actions. So rather like the Force in the simply awesome LEGO Star Wars, it's a good fit.I'm a few hours in so far and am happily enjoying the LEGO Potter look & feel, reliving some of the high points in the films.

OMG.......I love this game, a Lego Harry Potter...awesome( oh no wait,that's Lego movie), now this game is great, a Lego hog warts and everything, it's rather difficult remembering all the spells and who does what, I also found playing quod ditch a bit difficult, but for older kids or younger adults it's a must

I was doubtful id like it because I'm such a harry potter fan and was like harry potter and Lego don't go but my gosh it had me in fits of laughter like the introduction video where Dumbledore is talking to a cat and professor McGonagall is next to him like wtf and Harrys letters are coming put of the toaster and the cuckoo clock, its so comical to say they aren't talking. Good quality too

another lego game as with the othes its a great game too play with your friends as they can drop in and out at random when your stuck

Il gioco è arrivato nel tempo previsto. Nuovo, la scatola ancora in pellicola dalla fabbrica. Nonostante la condizione perfetta in cui è arrivata, il gioco non funziona.Il disco è PAL, come l'xbox.L'xbox funziona con tutti gli altri giochi che ho provato, incluso Lego Harry Potter, Years 5-7.Non possiede graffi, ed è pulito.Quando non viene presa come, "unreadable", viene presa come un DVD, che però non fa vedere nulla, oltre alla schermata bianca, "Xbox 360".(ora come ora amazon lo segna ancora come consegna prevista oggi, perciò non lo posso rimandare, ma da ciò che vedo, ho fino al 15 per restituirlo, tempo per arrivare alle poste oggi non c'è, e domani saranno chiusi per festa.)
