Great fan at good prices
I recently picked up the ARCTIC P12 Max, and I have to say, it's a solid fan for the price. It delivers great performance at an affordable cost. The fan has a wide speed range (200 to 3,300 RPM), so it's really versatile – it can run quietly at lower speeds and cool like a beast when you need it to. At full speed, it pushes a lot of air and offers decent static pressure, which makes it great for both case cooling and radiators. The build quality is good, and the double ball bearings should make it last a long time. The only downside I noticed is that it's a bit noisier at higher speeds compared to some other types of bearings, but it's not unbearable. It also comes with anti-vibration pads to reduce noise, which helps a lot.Installation is simple, and I really appreciate the six-year warranty – definitely a sign of confidence from ARCTIC. Overall, this is a great value fan that does exactly what you need it to without costing a fortune. If you're looking for solid cooling without breaking the bank, this is a great option.

Moves air
Installed all 5 and wow on full speed they move air. Performs so well that it can cool your room. Best bang for the buck for non rgb fans.Had cheap uphere rgb fans and those couldnt compare to these arctic.Kinda noisy at speed when compared to even cheapest fans, but i guess atleast they move air.0 noise = 0 air moving

Great value, efficient fans
The build quality is good for this price range. There are little rubber triangles imbedded into the design around the corners where the screw holes are, which makes a soft cushion between the PC case and the fan units, eliminating case rattle/whine. They are a doddle to fit. Like most chassis fans, there are no threads inside the screw holes. You will create these when you first drive the screws in, so bear that in mind. Make sure the screws go in straight. It's not as tricky as it sounds. A little pressure and they start to go in nicely. The cables are thin and some caution in how you handle them is advised. They're not super fragile, but be careful not to have them tucked next to the screw holes when driving the screws in or you risk shredding them.As far as functionality, they do the job well. I only used 4 of the fans as I didn't have a 5 way header, but 4 is plenty for this build. The idle temperature of my GPU was around 36° with the stock case fans, and is now 32° with the Arctics. I have not tested the temps when the PC is running at full capacity but I can already tell from the air flow and the hands-on temperature that they are making a significant difference. They look pretty neat. Minimalistic black with a nice white logo. When running at full speed the fans are rather audible. It's a very consistent and tolerable noise, especially if you have them all in sync, but it's not quiet. It seems to get drowned out easily by other noises in the room like music, game sounds, even the room fan, but when the room is quiet they are very noticable.Compared to stock case fans, they are awesome. Definitely recommend them. Well made, great value, adequate cooling.

Good for the money, but you need PWM
This fan is really effective because it doesn't muck about. At full tilt it is pretty loud, but darned effective. It also doesn't have an annoying high-pitched sound but sounds like a lot of OE fans with more of a roaring, whirring sound. You won't find a better fan for the money and it's able to shove enough air to cool a modest gaming PC on it's own. It's particularly good as a "pressure" fan, smooshing lots of air through grills and radiators. You could run it at full speed if nobody was going to be working nearby, but I would recommend PWM. It's the one fan on my gaming rig and it never gets to full speed as it does a good enough job it doesn't need to.

Great performance to noise ratio
Pros: weighty, solid build and easy to install. I’ve added 4 fans, each to their own header and no daisy chain or control module.Reduced case, gpu and cpu temps by 8-10c under full load in my games, with a proper fan curve I barely ever hear it running now (for reference I use a NZXT H510 Flow case, 3080, 11700k with AiO)Cons: The db levels are low, however they are audible in a quiet room but not as volume, just a sound, a clear pitched sound - only those sensitive to audio will hear it from 1m away.Overall, 100% worth the small amount of money, per fan. Not 100% silent but you’d only get that with Noctua.

quiet
used for my new build after reading a few reviews , does exactly what I needed , keeps things cool , quiet as long as you adjust your fan speeds to what you need , like every fan on the market they get louder the faster they spin , overall for anyone on a tight budget who want reasonable cooling these are ideal

The wind machine, quite literally!
The media could not be loaded. Bought these fans as a mean to push all the hot air out my computer and these fans are fantastic at that. They are noisy at their full 3300rpm, but I rarely have them on full as its not completely necessary for me personally. I have added a video to show the loudness of them, however this does not bother me in the slightest as I use a pair of IEM's with my PC. The system runs much cooler now thanks to these fans.
