Bought two of these along with the Craycourt cast iron grate and Lifting handle(which is a must). These are reat and a must for burgers can fit around 3 burgers on each one but the heat that retained in the cast iron means that it hardly takes any time to cook.also cooked onion , mushroom and tomatos on it

Griddle plates for CrayCort Cast Iron Grate
Bought two at the same time as the CrayCort grate to keep the P & P costs down. What a revelation. Use in my Weber 57 Kettle and allows me to indirect cook over a bed of coals. Seer your meat & vegetables on the grates and transfer to the griddles to cook through. The two sides provide a raised ribbed section to put lines onto your food just like a BBQ house. The other side allows you to fry eggs bacon etc. Using OneCal vegetable oil spray maintains the best non stick surface you will find, the weight of the assembly evens out heat and gives a more even temperature. Buy the CrayCort handle at the same time for swapping the grates around as your cooking progresses. Have fun summer approaches !
