Decaf Espresso Dark Roast, 8.8-Ounce (Pack of 12)

Great deal on bulk buying of premium type coffee compare to buying @ stores.

I have been buying this coffee in bulk for over three years and enjoying it very much...until recently. On three occasions two of the cartons arrived three bags that had lost their vacuum seal and on closer inspection I found that each bag had a tiny slit near the top causing the seal to escape and the coffee inside was loose and terribly bland and tasteless, so tasteless that I had to throw them away. A couple of months passed since those incidents and since then I have received other orders with no problems and the coffee was perfect, until now. I ordered another box of 12 and to my horror, 6 bags out of 12 arrived without a vacuum seal and contained old and tasteless coffee inside of each bag. Not being able to drink caffeine and loving espresso as much as I do, finding this wonderful coffee was a very special surprise and something that I looked forward to drinking everyday. Now I think that this brand of coffee has gone down hill and there is no quality control for freshness, etc. At any rate, I don't think I will waste my pennies any longer on this once superb product and I need to look elsewhere for my decaf espresso. I can't find it where i live so shopping for it online is my only recourse for now.

This cuban style coffee is great for your cafecitos, it's what they use in Florida to make cuban coffees. The decaf is delicious and not as darkly roasted as Lavazzo roast. It has a wonderful crema in your espresso maker, even when just making an americano. You save money with these vacuum packed bags. It's hard to believe how affordable it is.

I m ix decaf and caffeinated coffee to get the balance of strong flavor with less caffeine. And this is what I have started to mix with another brand of regular coffee. The flavor is good, and works well in my blend. I just wish the packaging was for 10oz, not 8.8oz.

The best option in a poor coffee market. The taste is good, probably not great as Lavazza but still way better than indrinkeable coffees like Folgers and many other brands
