Was perfect to keep my parents comfortable in the shade for a day at the beach. (they sat in two "normal" height chairs) I like the ability to quickly open/close the three windows via toggle. Was quite fast to set up and the sand pockets did a good job keeping it in place. The fact that it packs up so small was very helpful for our limited car space (compared to a similar pop-up model I have at home.). I can't comment on durability as we've only used it once so far, but it certainly allowed our family to stay at the beach for many more hours than we would have without it. The only down side was that it was a bit hard for my elderly father to duck his head down when entering the tent to sit in the chair, but for most people it would be no problem.

If you go to a lake or beach this is a great addition to have!!! It is compact to store, easy to set up and keeps you cool in being in the shade and out of the hot sun. Let's air flow through to help keep you cool. There is also lots of room. Great investment and will be using alot!

Packaging: Shipped in a brown Amazon box with the contents VERY tightly packed in a zipped fabric container. Note: after use, good luck folding it perfectly to where you can fit it all back in again lol. I recommend getting a larger fabric container or sleeve to put all the contents into to keep them all together. Product Impressions: I bought the 6-person tent which made the most sense to me as it was a perfect square dimensions-wise whereas other smaller models did not have this. The dimensions where pretty accurate within an inch or so fully assembled however 6 people fitting in this tent comfortably isn't really a thing. We put 6 beach chairs in there and felt like sardines. I think the 6-person tent is more like a 4-person tent for those who want to be able to breathe in there space-wise. Assembling the tent should require two people as the poles can be a bit stiff and the wind will not help the process so be warned: this tent WILL fly away if you are not careful. I recommend laying it out flat, fill the sand bags on the three sides, and then put up the poles for assembly. Usability: Works great for any sand beach. Would NOT recommend using this on a shelly/rocky beach as it WILL rip. The floor isn't very thick. Overall Thoughts: Price was fine how I think the amount of people described is NOT accurate at all, I'd say subtract 2 people per listed amount and that should be more accurate. Overall, provided nice shade on sunny days :)

I originally bought this pop up tent for the beach. We used it a few times on the beach and it worked well. Easy up, easy down. Recently the weather is finally getting nice and we headed to the drive in although it looked like misty rain. This tent 100% is proved its versatility as an outdoor tent! Sturdy enough for beach winds and waterproof enough for a decent rain. We shoved a queen size mattress inside and still had space. The zip up front was nice because as it started misting and the wind picked up my son zipped the front up halfway to keep the inside dry. This alternate use proved how easy this temt is to pack up. At 1 am with 4 sleeping kids ti get in the car it was nice to just pull the poles and fold the tent up. I always urge people to hang out the next day in the sun to avoid getting any mold growth from the wet conditions. Will be ordering an additional one for our other mattress.

This tent is built well but the smaller version seems a bit flimsy. Amazon sent the 3 person version when I ordered the 8 person. When the 8 person version arrived I was quite pleased with the size and upgraded quality. I had to return it because Amazon refused to honor their price difference commitment but the tent itself was nice.

Purchased this to take to the beach to shield my infant from the sun and wind. I purchased the larger size 6-7 ppl. My teens and I are used to camping so setting up a tent is not a new concept for us. However, the first day we had 5 of us attempting to set up on the beach and in 30 minutes got one rod thru a sleeve and then gave up. The thing is so huge it’s basically one gigantic sail. And while it arrives neat and compact - it was never meant to go back in that bag. Thankfully I had a mesh laundry bag that we shoved it in. The second time we set it up in the parking lot so we at least weren’t dealing with sand and that did go better. That day there was minimal wind and the sun wasn’t super hot so the tent “operated” just fine (but we also didn’t really need it for the same reason.) The third set up attempt was on the beach with lots of wind. We did manage to get it set up with only 3 people but had to weigh the entire external perimeter with piles of sand and shove all our stuff along the internal perimeter so the blasted thing didn’t blow away and it was still not maintaining its shape; bending and bowing with the wind. With all the stuff in the tent you could comfortably fit two adults (meant for 6). Had to keep the windows closed due to the wind and intensity of the sun - but also made it hot and stuffy. Had to turn on a little portable fan for my infant. When we went to disassemble the seams started ripping. Final thoughts: if weather conditions doesn't require use of proper shade and wind protection, this will work just fine. If you expect it to shield you from wind and sun - you may as well save yourself the effort and trash it now. It was a complete waste of money, time, energy and peace!

I didn't want the hassle of a big pop up tent so I purchased this. Set up was easy with one person and it was much bigger than I expected. Love the sand bags at the side to help keep it down in windy weather. Big window vents allow for a nice breeze to flow through. Definitely a good purchase.

This tent was perfect. Unfortunately I did not take pictures the two times I have used it. It is very easy to put together my daughter 17 and niece 12 put it together in 5 minutes. The only thing I don’t like about it is trying to clean out the sand from it. But with sand we k ow it gets on everything! Overall I would recommend this item.

Easy to assemble and fold up. Lightweight. Very practical. Only tried it once, and liked it. Good to carry to the beach. Good product.

Easy set up lots of room

Finally got a chance to try out this beach tent today. I was pretty satisfied until I noticed small slits in the front of the tent which will significantly decrease its lifespan. Once again, first time out of the bag☹️
