I was curious so I decided to purchase for taste you know where. I haven’t been told I taste like pineapple explicitly, but ever since using this product I have been repeatedly complimented on my taste 💦 Either this product is doing its job or my new partner must really like me! Or both haha. Either way, I’ve never been complimented so much on how good I taste. Other benefits of bromeliad consumption include its anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor effects. Look it up!But remember: Too much of anything is a bad thing. This supplement is NOT supposed to be taken every day for the rest of your life. It’s meant to be used for shorter durations and then should stop being taken after a while. So far ive used it for about 14 days and my partner has been gushing about my taste. But I’ve since stopped and decided on the following rotation: take 1 pill a day, Mon-Fri every OTHER week. Stop after 6 months then start again after 6-12 months has passed. This is an arbitrary schedule I’ve come up with to limit consumption of the extract (to not overdo it) so my body doesn’t get to used to it and so it doesn’t have any detrimental effect. These definitely helped with my irritable bowl nonsense but they smell HORRID. I had to hold my nose to take these tablets. Honestly I'd rather just eat pineapple, I love pineapple. Just eat pineapple instead maybe. They do seem to help aid in digestion but man do they taste ROTTEN.

I love this stuff bought it two weeks ago. It does what it days. Especially going through menopause body is a mess of perspiring sweat, glistening bedazzling whatever the young folks call it these days. I think it helps with the smell of ur sweat if they makes sense. I said comment that the pills are Chucky and taste bad. I don’t taste anything. I always tell people put water in your mouth and put the pills in it and swallow it real quick. Otherwise I recommend the stuff seven bucks. I’m about to buy three bucks before prices go up on everything.

I was told to take Bromelain by my doctor before surgery. The problem with these is they are chalky with absolutely no coating to be able to swallow easily. They get stuck in my throat every time. I have no clue how effective they are but I’ll never buy again.
