Tree Hut 24 Hour Intense Hydrating Shea Body Butter, Coconut Lime, 7 Ounce

Okay gals, this is the best smelling and feeling lotion I have ever had!! It is for sure a body cream and much thicker than a lotion. The smell is absolutely wonderful! It keeps my legs from getting dry, and I have used about every lotion under the sun. It moisterizes almost as good as a Goldbond, but the smell is 100% more delicious! I put it on everything but my face. I got this body cream, bath salts, bubble bath and body oil, and the body cream smells better than any of the rest. The others smell nicely too, and you can for sure tell they are coconut and lime, but the cream smells stronger and seems to last longer! I cant believe the price! It is a bigger jar, and smells and moisterizes way better than any VS or B&B lotions!!! The price cant even compare! I am stocking up just in case they decide to stop making it or change the formula! I would bet the other scents would smell very good as well. I am always a sucker for coconut, and the lime adds just the right amount of citris! Love, Love, love!! Highly recommend!!! :) Update: I am so obsessed with this lotion and body butter! It is the most delicious smelling and feeling lotion I have had ever used! Made a beautiful spa basket for my mom for mothers day and she loves it too! Love love love! :)

Excellent but overpriced now. Also, only a few flavors are available now. They used to be much cheaper at Walmart. In case they get them back in stock, try Walmart first. Don't order the kind with sandy texture for scrub - can't really use that as can't be absorbed to moisterize owing to graininess. What 's good, is 1) pleasant fragrance 2) absorbed quickly and easily - for people who want to moisterize their whole body after showering, but without lengthy wait for absorption. Apparently presently unavailable fragrances had very agreeable scents (but maybe Amazon themselves discontinued carrying them, then jacked up price of the few they kept offering.) No idea what scents they are presently carrying. (Note, increased price predates tarriffs).

This is, hands down, one of the best, thickest, richest, most hydrating body cream I have used yet. But there are a few things you need to know about me to understand why I say what I do. 1.) I am 41. My skin care and body creams have all come from grocery or drug stores because I have always been p. broke most of my life. My go-to body creams or lotions for everyday used to either come from Vaseline, Aveeno, or gold bond. I wasn't choosy and I couldn't afford to be. Before using this, my most favorite body lotion was an expensive 20 dollarish bottle of lavender cream from another company. And don't get me wrong...That stuff is still great. But dang if this little bottle under 7 bucks has just replaced that. I'm sad I didn't buy one of these to try before I got the 20 dollar bottle! A few more notes before I start that are important too, if you are considering getting this based on my glowing review. I don't have any perfume or scent or fruit or food allergies. My skin is very forgiving when it comes to scented things and I do not suffer from migraines triggered by strong scents or reactions caused by perfumes. So for me, this scented body cream doesn't bother me at all. If you find yourself having issues with perfumed or scented items that touch skin, you MAY want to be cautious. And if you have very sensitive skin--I do not know. So keep that in mind. What works for me, may not work at all for you. PROS: - I have Amazon prime. So! When I ordered this, it arrived the next day! - Arrived in perfect condition, boxed and packaged with several other items. No broken safety seal or damaged anything. - First thing: The smell. Ooohhh man. It smells absolutely amazing. Mango? Yes. Some sort of tropical fruit vacation get-a-way with tropical drinks and ripe fruit and beaches? Certainly brings that to mind to me. - Thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick. This is a nice, thick cream. It kept that thickness too, despite being delivered in a box during 100+ degree weather. When I was done inhaling the smell to my delight, running my fingers over the top gently only picked up a little bit. BUT! - A little bit is GOOD. A little touch with middle and index fingers was enough to rub into both my hands, wrists and then fore arms. - Absorbs FAST. So rub gently, but quickly if possible. My skin drank this cream in. - No stickiness. - No left over residue or "white streaks," hard to rub into skin. Disappeared almost immediately. - Light refreshing scent. - Today is day 2 using this morning and night. Skin immediately feels 100% softer and smoother and stays that way! Even when I was finished putting some on after my shower tonight (and hour before writing this) I could still feel how soft and smooth my skin was! -My skin feels very well hydrated and so much so that it's actually noticeable if I MISS a spot! The skin I missed with this shea butter feels drier and papery compared to the hydrated smoothness. I am VERY satisfied with this shea butter body cream. CONS: - The only con I can think of is for people with scent triggered migraines/scent allergies/very delicate skin. I don't have any of these issues, so I cannot judge what this cream would do in that case. Otherwise, if you don't suffer from any of the above sensitivities YES I do recommend! 100%

The Marula Oil & Jasmine body butter is my all-time favorite for it's fragrance and moisturizing effects. The scent is soft, not overpowering. It is five star without question. I would like to keep this as my daily ritual during the daytime and night-time, but this particular fragrance is always unavailable. Is it not being sold anymore? If it is still available, where can I purchase it. I saw on Amazon a 7 ounce size for $65 and Wal-Mart has it as unavailable. Please advise as to where I can purchase this particular fragrance. If it is not being made or sold, I would highly recommend that it be returned for sale. It is truly a winner.

I was going to re-order this cream. I just love the scent and it really does hydrate well without being too very greasy feeling. I have ordered it 3 times Amazon has told me. I usually only use it in the winter months. I found the product and immediately thought there had been a typo. I last purchased it in January of 2021 for $7.99 here on Amazon. So you can imagine my severe sticker shock when after looking again see that it now costs over $44 for the same size container!!! I could not believe it. I really love the smell but will not take out a loan to purchase it now. I am so disappointed. I live on a fixed income and just can NOT afford it for the new price. I was prepared for some sort of inflated packaging as most places are making their product in smaller packaging to keep close to previous pricing and some even change formula to save money. I am sorry, like stated, I love the 2021 product but do not feel I love it $44 worth on my income. :(

It’s very moisturizing ! Nice and creamy . I love the body scrub and the lotion also . Some people in the reviews doesn’t like it because it’s a light rose scent . TBH I like that ! I’m not a fan of a strong Rose scented things but this is on point . Even my boyfriend said he liked it and asked why I’m so shiny lol . If you want to make the scent last longer , you can use the scrub , method body - body wash the pink rose water (which goes so good with it) & I also use caress daily silk body wash for stronger flower scent . I added a body oil with the body butter all over then with in with the lotion (tree hut) . I was sooooo soft and smelled so good and it wasn’t even overpowering to the point of a headache . Everybody loved the scent and like how I was glowing .

This is a go to for me. I have really dry skin and this body better does it for me every time. I love the smell which is great from summer, I love the moisture and the texture of this one. It’s a good amount in here but I always get more than one at a time because I’m heavy handed. Baby this mango sent just might get you ate up in the right ways lol. The consistency is great and it’s lasts a while. To me it’s not to greasy it’s just perfect… get it.

I usually use The Body Shop Body Butter or other more expensive types but Tree Hut has always been a fave of mine as well. It is inexpensive yet just as good as the high priced stuff. The scent is great and the hydration is very good as well. It absorbs quickly on my dry skin and keeps it hydrated all day. I bought the Tropical Mango scent this time but have tried them all and like them all. I tested the mango body butter against The Body Shop's mango body butter and I found that The Body Shop's $20.00 version was a bit thicker and heavier. It hydrated a little more but didn't absorb as well as Tree Hut's. It left my skin a little greasy even the next day. The scent was heavier almost to the point of too strong. For $5.00, this body butter is very effective and it is only very slightly less hydrating than the $20 stuff. It doesn't leave me feeling greasy and that is a plus. Definitely recommended.
