It may be 10X20 but does NOT cover a 10x20 frame. Should be at least 11X20 to cover the width of the frame. It will detriorate in a year and I will not buy this again.

Item purchased to keep car from extreme heat. Easy setup , so far wind resistant, and durable. Fit frame perfectly. Very please with this item.

Bought the gray canopy in March, and put it up right away on an existing 10x20 pole tent on my deck. It's now August, and the gray coating is coming off and I have some rips in the fabric. This product was great the first few months, but it's definitely not made for long-term non-stop use. The factory replacement for my tent was double the price and did not provide the bungee straps, so this was definitely worth the money

It's OK and does what I want it to do. But it is too loose which makes it unsightly

Good fit on 10ft x 20ft carport frame. We purchased this same brand and size last year and it lasted 13 months before ripping. We decided to try again and buy another. We live in the SF Bay area of California, so the weather is mild.
