Love my resistance bands! They are very durable and get the job done!

Reasonably priced and good quality for the price
I am using the bands for foot exercises given by my physical therapist for plantar fasciitis. The X-Light is X-Light, and seems too light to challenge my stretch. but might work better for a serious injury. The Light band works for my needs as my foot is weak. The Medium, Heavy and Extra-Heavy bands seem to progress in stretch difficulty as they should. So far the bands have not rolled up as others have described. A bag is provided to keep the bands in but I find it too small and am putting in a different larger pouch.

Great for toning
I wanted to tone up some flabby arms and thighs (most of us do) but they were a tad small for my likingThese are great for people like me, older and cannot do weight liftingThey were easy to use and were very durable.When I tried to use them on thighs, they were a little uncomfortable and rolled upI would recommend these but would rather have longer bandsThe price was right and there are strength levels for everyone

Durable
Durable with a good stretch. They're a good quality ant comfortable when having on. I'd suggest wearing leggings or such but they are comfortable on skin as well and don't seem to pinch if it's on bare skin. They don't bunch uo too much so I like that factor as well.

Variety of resistance.
These bands are just what I was looking for. They even come with a little bag to keep them in. They are strong and durable. Highly recommend.

Love this product! The different colors are not only cute but it makes it easy to simply grab the one you’re looking for. Came with a mini bag to store them in, is perfect for tucking into your gym bag.

They move around a lot and don't stay in place. I do not recommend

Great variety
They feel quite sturdy to use. Great variety of strengths, so will be easy to up the resistance as needed. They weigh next to nothing. Perfect size for a variety of exercises. Best of all, they don't simply roll up into painful little ropes.
