Easy to fit, accurate & reliable
Bought to replace ST4000+ autopilot in May 2015Fairly easy to fit as replacements although new Controller Head is smaller than old ST4000 head, a problem if you want to replace an old 'flush mounting' style into the larger previous cutout hole. Connecting using new SeaTalk(ng) is easy, as is setting-up using the Wizard set up menus whilst berthed. Have now used on several passages and has proven to be more accurate than previous autopilot and so far is reliable.
