Low carb, gluten free Santo Corral cactus tortillas (Pack of 3)

I have high blood pressure and am pre-diabetic but love tortillas. I looked around for alternatives to flour. I tried some other cactus tortillas and liked them as an option, then found these. My hunt was over. They check all the boxes. They're fine like they are but they do crumble if you try to roll them. I heat them up in the microwave first if I'm eating them that way. Best option though is fried. Perfect for tostadas or made into chips. And the price is way cheaper than their competitors. I also like the fact that they're just a little smaller which helps greatly with portion control.

I know they are low carb gluten free but they taste and feel like cardboard disgusting

I loveee these, I use them to make quesadillas mainly. They were gone pretty fast! You get so much, and they aren't very expensive. They don't break unless they're dry.

Overall a delicious tortilla. Simple and healthy ingredients. Slightly hard to work with, they can fall apart if not warmed up properly.

These are great tasting and a healthier version of tortilla to make snack or a meal. Saute them up in olive or avocado oil with some cheese and chicken too. Yum!

The idea is Great but the tortillas are thin as paper and dry. I must get them wet , warm them in the microwave then warm them in the plank otherwise they curl.

These are pretty good as far as gluten free tortillas go. They worked well for my camping trip and held up. More flexible than most gluten free tortillas I have tried. Perfect thickness. I like the texture of them, they are not rubbery.
