These are great for my teenaged daughter. They are effective in helping her fall asleep when her brain doesn’t want to turn off. She likes the taste and has no problem getting them down. She hasn’t had any noticeable side effects. I think they are a good value for the money.

When I'm having difficulty with sleeping due to work stresses, this product helps to stop the ruminating of the day which helps to improve the quality of my sleep.
