Q: Can you pre heat up on stove top and how long does it take to heat to 250dec in an oven appx?

It is not convenient to heat it on the stove top, just insert it with the oven switched off and it will heat up with it. The time to reach temperature is the same as that taken by the oven, for pizza add 10 minutes to the preheating time.

Q: Is this worth it if you are cooking just supermarket pizza? Does it elevate the taste at all? Or is this really for homemade pizza only… thanks

Truthfully I don’t eat pizzas from a supermarket so I don’t know, I very much doubt it would improve the flavour of a shop pizza
