I had been looking at this product for some time when I came across the exact same unit locally. Except, the one I found and acquired was missing the handle for the pump, the ground cable was missing and it had the old plastic fuel gauge float. I called the John Dow company and inquired about purchasing the needed parts. To my astonishment they insisted on sending me all the parts needed, including shipping, at no cost to me. Everything arrived promptly and works perfectly. I've read numerous complaints about the leaking floats and about poor customer service. I can only surmise that those complaints were bogus or they were talking about one of the cheaper look-alikes and another company. From my recent experience I have to say that the John Dow company and their products are top-notch.
