I would reccomend this product for daily use even if you're completely healthy. Great immuno booster, anti inflammatory and anti bacterial.I suffer from sore throat and chest infections and this helps easing symptoms and speeds recovery.I use 4-5 or more drops depending on severity of symptoms.I add the drops to tea with honey and lemon- you won't notice the taste. Drink every morning on empty stomach.

At first I was happy to find propolis at a fair price. I have been using propolis for a long time and it is very good for health and improving immunity. But, I found this product different from the others I knew. The consistency is different, it seems that it does not dilute with water, the smell is not the smell I know of propolis and the dropper packaging works poorly. I bought 6, unfortunately after these I will not buy from this seller anymore .
