I’ve been looking forward to getting this pan since last week, after spending quite some time researching a good sauté pan. Made In caught my attention with its reputation for quality, though I did notice mixed reviews—some praising it highly while others mentioned warping issues. Despite the concerns, I decided to purchase, hopeful for a good experience. Unfortunately, on my very first use—cooking just simple eggs—the pan warped. It’s disappointing, especially for a pan at this price point and with this reputation. I’ve requested a replacement and I’m willing to update this review once I receive and test the new pan. Hoping this was just an isolated manufacturing flaw. Until then, I can’t confidently recommend this pan based on my initial experience. EDIT: I managed to get in touch with customer service and requested a replacement, but unfortunately, they could only offer a refund. It’s a bit disappointing, as I was genuinely excited to try their product. I think I’ll just save up and go for something from a slightly higher-end range instead. My first experience with the product wasn’t great, though others might have better luck. That said, their customer service was excellent—they processed my refund quickly and handled the situation really well. 3 stars for good customer service.
