This container works great holding a small "Lego Creator" set
This container works great holding a small "Lego Creator" set. The original box is paper and is not closeable. There used to be "Lego Creator" sets that came in their own closeable plastic boxes, but apparently these are either no longer manufactured or just really hard to find. This container also works great holding dental/brace appliance necessities...wax, brush picks, compact toothbrush and small toothpasteUse your imagination, you'll find other uses :-D

Decent Container but Waterproofness is Questionable
This container is a good size, and it's nice that it's clear so items inside can be seen. Inside I put an iPhone 3GS in an Otterbox Defender case, and still had room for a couple of thin items. The case is quite brittle and came to me with cracks in two places and a broken inner lip (on the inside of the seal). When I submersed the box in a bathroom sink, it ended up with a large water droplet inside in about 2 minutes. The water appeared to have leaked in around the seal, which is almost more of a plastic than a rubber, and because of the stiffness of the seal I don't believe that the broken inner lip contributed to the leak. Surprisingly no water came in through the cracks. I would say this item is more splash-proof and water resistant than waterproof. If the seal were replaced with a material that flexes/depresses a bit more, such as silicone, it might be waterproof.

A fantastic deal for the money
These containers can hold everything you need to survive in almost any wilderness situation. You can pack medicine, fire starter, fishing hooks and line and condensed food items, even a spare cell phone battery and have confidence that everything inside WILL stay dry.A fantastic deal for the money, I am going to order more!

Not for strong waves
We got 3 of these for a trip to Hawaii. They work great in pools but not in waves where the top ripped off. thankfully we didn't loose anything inside. The others were great and kept the contents inside dry. They were very handy to keep hotel room key cards and credit cards inside. The colors are perfect.

Hard, Brittle Plastic - Cracks Easy - NOT FOR RUGGED USE.
Hard plastic breaks because it is brittle. Soft plastics bend. The problem with this item is that it is hard plastic, and is not intended for rugged use. If this can be protected from shock, then it is a nice container, convenient for a wallet or phone. The lanyard eye of the box is thin plastic and extends up too high. If it is pushed sideways the plastic will break off from the container.

Nice Practical Little Holder For The Price.
Yes indeed, a nice practical little holder for the price.Yes there are containers of a better quality and more expensive. But this one suits my requirements of putting dirty tools in towhile I'm out on the road, until said tools can be cleaned.Doesn't appear to leak. And easily visible.I think I need a couple more.

Cruise Ship, Beach & Travel Waterproof Credit Card, ID & Paper Money Holder With Lanyard
So I saw this and thought what a cool idea. I wanted it for a secure spot for insurence and regestration papers on my motocycle. They are really small and the latch just barely works. The latch is the biggest problem. If you were to carry this I fear the latch would open on it's own... Good idea, just needs refinement... still for what I wanted it for it seems fine............

Didnt last the trip...a waste of money
I purchased this for my cruise to the bahamas because I knew I would spend most of my time in the water and needed to keep my money and i.d. handy and dry. Well on day 2 it snapped right at the hindge part so I was no longer able to use it. I was totally upset because I wasted my money and hand to spend the rest of my trip carrying my items or asking someone to hold them for me which can be annoying.
