Ease of installation and use, good quality, pleasantly surprised at how easily this works, start stop buttons great, no run over.

Excellent, looks great and very easy to use, and cleans well with just a cloth and water. Really like that both outlets can work at same time which is one of the reasons I went for this model. Temperature controlled very well. Expensive, yes, but I think it is worth it. Recommended.

The flow is binary; on or off, no control. The finish is high quality but designed for high pressure water systems.

What was wrong? It was a plastic cover plate But been advertised as a metal one 🙁

We have Grohe in our main bathroom but opted for this one based on looks. As we later learned Hansgrohe is different company than Grohe. It is alright, better than the ones it replaced from VictoriaPlumb (although old one was breaking every 12 months for last 4 years so not much of contest), but it is not as good as Grohe is. Buttons are not firmly in casing and can end up misaligned, knob sticks too much, generally doesn't quite feel as premium as Grohe and it doesn't look better (which was main reason we bought it) than Grohe. If I knew about it I would opt for Grohe, for money we paid I expected better.

Beware - the advertising is confusing & very misleading. The pictures for this item show a full shower & installation, with overhead shower head and a hand-held shower head with mounting rail. One would assume all the bits needed behind the wall too. I thought this was the case when I was buying but NOT SO! You need a mounting box for the controller - I already figured this out, 'cos it said I needed it. BUT there are no showerheads, rails or anything else & I can't see where to get them. So what they sent me is useless, potentially a VERY expensive installation. The installation is delayed & I may have to send this back.

Hace 7 años hice la reforma completa de mi baño y quise poner productos de calidad, me fui directamente a Hansgrohe. El vendedor me hizo ver lo bonito y funcional que iba a quedar mi ducha con el Ibox, la ducha fija y la de barra con el sistema de selección mediante botones. La verdad es que quedó precioso. Lo malo es que era muy caro, lo peor, que en estos 7 años, me ha tocado cambiar todo. Del rociador de la ducha de techo se rompió una arandela de plástico, y... sorpresa!, no existe ese recambio, por lo que me tocó volver a comprar un rociador nuevo (400€ más comprado aquí, en tienda me pedían 600), por una puñetera arandela de plástico!. Ahora, me ha pasado lo mismo, el botón de selección de la ducha, se ha quedado atascado y necesitaba el bloque funcional, peeeero, como no he querido llamar al servicio técnico, desde la casa no me ofrecian la atención necesaria para poder comprarlo, me han mandado el despiece del bloque funcional, que tiene como 50 piezas por dentro para montarlo en mi casa... un despropósito!, así que no me ha quedado más remedio que volver a comprar toooodo el sistema o tener que volver a hacer obras, (420€ más), ya que el maravilloso Ibox, no permite colocar otras marcas, por lo que siempre tienes que ir a morir a Hansgrohe. 7 años me ha durado la ducha y la dicha. Estoy muy molesta y me siento estafada por la malísima calidad de los productos. Por otro lado, el set externo cromado, que jamás dejo mojado, ya que nada más termino de ducharme, lo seco, se está "abombando", es decir, que en pocos meses, se hubiese despegado el cromado, y el interior, todo de plástico. Peor calidad, imposible! Ojo!, también he de decir que he llamado a fontaneros de confianza, que son los que me hicieron la instalación, pero que ahora, no se atrevían a desmontar nada, pues no se lo aconsejaban, así que he tenido que rebuscar al atrevido de turno.
