Can this stethoscope be used to amplify Korotkoff sounds? I would like to use it as a teaching aid for hearing blood pressures.

There is hidden problem in the device, for blood pressure measurement. There is a significant delay between the sound itself and the appearence of the sound in the Iphone screen and at the bluetooth headphones. So, if you are using the tubing is ok, but considering that if you are teaching, the Iphone screen displayed by a datashow device, is somewhat delayed from the real Korotkoff sound. ± 2-4 mmHg difference caused by the delay, if you register simultaneously the cuff pressure ) of course depending of the rate of deflation). But, just the sounds on the screen and coming from good speakers is very good.

Can I pair it with my Bluetooth equipped hearing aids?

The Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope does not pair directly with Bluetooth hearing aids. Can it amplify the sound of the lungs and heart without using the app?
