Nice toothbrush
Fairly good. I used it for 3 years until the battery died

Very powerful and leaves teeth feeling clean
Have had a number of Phillips toothbrushes over the years but never went for the higher end of the range until now. I was very surprised at how much more powerful this one is and how clean it leaves your teeth. The normal setting can be a bit much especially if you have sensitive teeth but it's that's the case you can change the setting to sensitive and still have a great clean. Interchange heads are available but I stick with the general head and whitening. Battery life usually lasts around two weeks with twice daily brushing.

By far the best electric toothbrush I've owned
The intensity of the sonic vibration is at the same time more robust, and yet gentler than a mechanical rotating brush... The sense is much more that the mouth is clean and refreshed... the massage effect on the gums is far superior to the conventional type of electric toothbrush, while not being as harshNever going back to the old type. On the other hand, this is the second sonic toothbrush I've owned - the first was a USB device, but it isn't anything like as good as this one.

Not as good as my old Diamond Clean but it's good. Rubbish case though.
I've always preferred the intensity and pressure Philips Sonicare toothbrushes offer as opposed to Oral-B. I think Oral-B are excellent, it's just a personal preference. I also think Philips have a higher quality line up.My second Diamond Clean recently gave up the ghost after just over two years, where the lights randomly flashed on and off draining the battery to the point where it wouldn't turn on. I thought for the money it should've lasted longer, so I opted for a cheaper model and settled on this. For one it isn't as powerful as the Diamond Clean, but it's fine. After getting used to it I think the standard clean is intense enough and it really suits the brush heads. I quite like that you press a separate button to select your programme rather than the Diamond Clean's single button which I had to press lots of times to select. I tend to switch between 'Clean' and 'Sensitive' and both are good, with sensitive offering a much reduced intensity. It has a stepped battery indicator andThe downsides are the clunky charging base and terrible case (gone is the usb charge case of the Diamond Clean). I get it because it's cheaper, but I at least expect a decent case. This one is thin, brittle plastic that only stays shut as I tape the clip down every time I transport the brush. Overall I'd say it's worth the buy.

Perfect like for like replacement.
Bought for my Dad who had the same one for about 3 years when it suddenly stopped charging. He’d been so happy with it he wanted to replace like for like which is what we did. Only issue is given that this was more expensive than such as an Oral B electric toothbrush, it didn’t last as long as both mine and mums Oral B ones which are still going strong 4 years after buying. Just hope this new one lasts more than 3 years. Dad has noticed a huge improvement in his teeth colour and health since switching to this particular toothbrush some years ago and he’ll keep buying the same brand whenever he needs a new one.

Terrible customer support, great but unreliable product
The product was great - until it broke. I used it for over one year and loved it, it's a great toothbrush. Then it stopped working (it would not turn on), so I returned it via Amazon for a repair (incl. the case and charger).A few weeks later, I received an email saying that the item had been repaired and shipped back to me. About one month after that, I still had not received the item back, so I contacted customer support. They told me they would figure it out and get back to me via email within 24-48 hours. That didn't happen. I called them again a week later, and they said the exact same thing, and again nothing happened. A few weeks after that, a box arrived at my place with what I thought was the repaired toothbrush. Excited, I opened it to find that the box contained my old charger, a new charger (not sure why that was needed), my old case, but NO TOOTHBRUSH! And no explanation at all. Again, I called Amazon customer service. Again, they tell me to wait 24 hours until a specialized Amazon team takes a look. A few hours later they emailed me that they would send me a new product but this is not available anymore, so instead they will issue a refund. This is fine by me but this must be one of the worst customer support experiences I have had - very confusing and a waste of time. Plus I was left without an electric toothbrush for about 2 months.

Great toothbrush
Ordered as replacement for an old Sonicare. This has more settings and works very well. Simple to use, easy to select options and cleans teeth very well. 4 people using it daily. Was delivered on time and God price.

This is the best sonicare toothbrush!
I have gone through about five different sonicare toothbrushes, so I have tried a few different models, including the much more expensive DiamondClean 9000 - but this one is a lot better! It has much more power, and your teeth really feel super clean after using it.
