The tree went up well but I was a little disappointed that it didn't look exactly snowy. It was more a pale greyish/blue colour. It is a nice tree, I was just expecting one from the picture that appeared to be more dusting of snow. Still good value for money and looked lovely up.

I chose this tree becasue the pictures make the branches an leaves look full and luxuriant rather than the usual twig trees of today. The first tree arrived in an unlabled bark effect box, on opening the package one of the branches fell onto the floor - Not a great start however all components appeared to be present. I began to assemble the tree that I noticed each and every hinged branch was showing signs of bad corrosion round the hinge / Rivett. Assembly is easy - open the base, drop in section 1, fluff it out - move n and insert section 2, fluff, insert sectoin 3 and fluff (I' ve given 2 stars for assemby just because thge sections 1, 2 and 3 fit together BUT the tree leansd significantly in one direction (not the pop group) which is why I have rated it 2 for sturdiness. Despite spending several hours "Fluffing the branches" the overall effect was sparse to say the least and so I came to the concluision that the wrong tree ahd been sent. A quick phone call to Amazon and the helpfull guy in customer services arranged for the tree to be collected and a replacement to be sent out. The replacement arrived next day - this time the bark effect box was labled so IT MUST BE the right tree. Imagine my dissapointment to find an identical tree with identical issues - corroded hinges and branches that no matter how hard I tried did not resemble the luxuriant foliage in the picture. Amazon have neen great and are refunding me for the return of the product; (Still awaiting Hermese to collect the first). In terms of value - its roughly the equivalent quality to one you might pick up in B&M bargains for about £30... So Now I'm' back searching for a tree that looks like a Tree rather than a twig..

Do not expect the tree to look like the picture!!! It is nowhere near as dense and would need at least 30% more branches to achieve this. Luckily, for me, this is a positive as it looked more realistic and enabled more baubles/decs to be put onto it! If I had paid the £232 that it now costs I would have returned it on principle! Luckily I got a "deal".
