I am usually lazy leavIng reviews but this time I felt compelled to share my experience due to its amazing result . This product gave me real boost in energy and mood on the very first day and had this together with Solgar Acetyl-L-Carnitine. During lockdown, I was less motivated, fatigue and felt low and wasn’t very productive at all but this product really helped me overcome my problems.

I bought it after reading all the good reviews, despite the relatively high price. After almost four weeks, I didn’t notice any difference—my energy level, focus, and sleep quality didn’t change. I really like the brand, and I’m sure it’s a high-quality product, but I will not buy it again since it’s probably not for my metabolism.

I like to take these and do feel some modest benefit, but the cost is a real barrier. Price on Amazon fluctuates from 'ouch!' to 'no way'.

Tablets are easy to swallow, I'm still taking the supplement so I can't comment on it yet.
