Life changing after buying the orange glasses. If you’re in doubt just try it if you have trouble falling asleep every night and then don’t feel refreshed when you wake up. As long as I can remember it took me 30 minutes to two hours to fall asleep and couldn’t fall asleep until about 2am, tough when you have to be at work at 9am. I decided to give these glasses a chance as I was desperate. I was advised to wear them the moment the sun set and only take them off when going to bed. Something amazing happened, I started to feel sleepy around 10pm which never happens. At 11pm, I would lay down and fall asleep within minutes! I had no idea blue light was such an issue for me, apparently it depletes us of our melatonin and messes with our circadian rhythm. It’s about 3 weeks later and I’m still falling asleep quickly. I like to read on my kindle app in my iPad at night and I still have no issues as long as I wear these glasses. To help myself I also bought a red bulb for area where I read at night and I bought a blue blocking screen protector and set iPad to change color after sunset. However, I started to improve my sleep after I wore these glasses. What’s crazy is that I almost returned them but when I was putting them in its little duster the glasses fell on the floor and I didn’t think it was right to return them in case someone bought them and there were mini cracks in them. So glad they fell!! Thankful for an answered prayer. The other thing that helps me is keeping my bedroom cool and having light blankets. Also, I do not need to take melatonin or other sleeping pills, which was unheard of before these glasses. I take brahmi at night, right before I go to bed but I don’t believe that contributes to my sleep issue being resolved.

Really helps with eye strain. I deal with dry eyes and as long as I wear these, especially at night while watching tv/working on the computer/playing games, I don’t deal with any dryness issues. I also notice my sleep is improved and have much less trouble falling asleep when I wear these a couple of hours before bedtime. Cool style too, although I am unlikely to need to wear them outside of the house.

The product works exactly as advertised very well. The glasses are cheap though so they’ve cheaped out on the materials. It’s made of some sort of synthetic plastic that has a strange smell. If you’re sensitive to smells maybe skip this one.

Well made and sturdy, good lens quality, and comfortable to wear. Just what I wanted! Came in a nice box with a cleaning cloth and bag that fits both.-The Wife.

I just put these on, and my eyes instantly feel better. It feels soothing as if there was previously a strain on my eyes. The fit is perfect and the amber color gives everything a softer look. I'll report back later if I notice a difference in my sleep.

Based on the price point I was suspicious going in about the "Anti Glare" claim, so it wasn't a big surprise to learn almost immediately that it was false. There is no anti-glare coating on these lenses, so the only way you could claim they were anti-glare is that maybe the way the frames curve around the head reduces the amount of ambient light that might reflect off the back of the lenses into your eyes, but even that would be a stretch of the imagination. These lenses will, however, definitely reflect harsh glare in a photo taken while using a flash. If that's not a big deal for you (and again, I really wasn't expecting much based on the price) they're not terrible. I personally find the frames to be a bit uncomfortable to wear, the plastic is stiff and a bit on the chunky side, so instead of contouring to my head they push the tips of my ears out of the way and make my nose feel like it is in a vice. I don't think I can wear them for the duration of my work shift but they might be okay for a few hours before bed. The packaging was top notch, the glasses come in a nice box with a microfiber bag and cleaning cloth, and they also included a small blue light with a reactive card that you can use to test whether the blue is being blocked by the lenses. The lenses were very effective at reducing the harsh light of modern headlights while driving at night, and even made a trip to Walmart tolerable (I hate Walmart's overhead lighting; it tends to give me eye strain). If all you're looking for are cheap blue blockers and you aren't picky about style, comfort and glare then these are a pretty good deal for the price. Personally, I rather doubt I'll buy this brand again.

I've had these glasses only a day but I love them. I'm 76 years old. I don't wear Rx glasses or contacts. My eyes don't do great in bright light (in my home (I have sunglasses for outside), and computer screens strain my eyes. I wear these glasses around the house! //// The glasses seem well made to me. I'll tell you if and when they break.

This is my second pair from the same company - I like this style with open lower rim even better.
