This is one blue box containing a full of a spiral of 60 transparent blue recycling bags, each bag with its own handy red drawstring closure. Smells like nothing, holds lots of things, such as paper, plastic, cans, jars, and cardboard. Can be used to easily transport recyclables from the inside receptical to the outside receptical. They're sturdy but not very thick, so have realistic expectations of their capabilities and you'll be fine.

These bags are Ok but is not a one size fit all for 13 gallon bins. With the drawstring attached it limits the fit around the rim of my bin. A few of the bags would rip at the seams when I stretch the bag opening to get a snug fit around the rim. Would fit well without the string. Still recommend.
