My gym doesn’t provide ankle straps for communal use, and I got tired of trying to improvise or wait around — so I picked these up and I’m really glad I did. They’re excellent quality, super comfortable, and easy to adjust, with sturdy Velcro and metal loops that feel secure even with heavier weights. I mainly use them for cable kickbacks and abductions, but they’ve been fab for hamstring curls and extensions too.They slip easily into my gym bag and make lower body workouts so much smoother — no more skipping exercises or awkward substitutions. Honestly such a small investment that’s made a big difference!

Nice ankle strap but also use them for wrist straps. Size and fit are good. Great padding so comfy to use. Highly recommend
