My snoring is extreme and as such this does a really good job at putting that to the side. I do have trouble where beciase it wants to move my lower jaw forward slightly. I sometimes wake with sore teeth as they have been pulled all night.

It doesn't fit properly. It comes loose and feels like it's going to be a choking hazard if you sleep on your back. NOT the answer that sleep apnoea sufferers are looking for.

It works. My wife uses the device and we both sleep very well now. I wish I knew about this device 10 years ago! Highly recommended.

This is the second time ive purchased one of these and i can honestly say theyre the only anti snore item ive found that works [throat snorer]The only reason ive re bought is the original one wend a bit out of shape .They are a bit uncomfortable to use to start with but far better then the missus elbowing me all night :)

Don’t buy !!! Far too hard so sore on gums. Ineffective against snoring . Far better ones on the market . Please don’t waste your money

You could not sleep with this in your mouth. I couldn't get it molded comfortably & definitely would not be able to sleep in it 😒

What a load of rubbish - doesn’t work at all. Don’t buy, if I hadn’t moulded it I would ask for my money back.
