Not as good as it used to be
I don’t know if the components that make up this shampoo has changed but my hair doesn’t like it anymore. Will not be buying this again but will have to look for something better as my hair is long and fine.

Great shampoo. Only need to use a little bit. Really reduces the frizz. I just received my 2nd bottle. It's worth the price

Leaves my hair feeling very clean. Not sure about the frizz control as it’s difficult determine if I have less frizz than other shampoos.

I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars between Virtue Labs directly and Amazon (for expediency) because Virtue is very slow to ship, I have decided that Virtue Labs is no longer the hair product line for me. After a $74 bottle of their smooth shampoo slipped out of my hands and broke onto my shower floor I contacted virtual labs to see if they had any resolution. You would think spending the money that I have they would be happy to accommodate but I was told to go to Amazon or Target and buy a $10 pump bottle to put what’s left of my contents into. As if I could even get the shampoo out of the bottle. Positioning the broken shampoo bottle upside down into a container it took over a half hour for me to get the smallest amount of product out. I guess $74 wasn’t enough of an investment for me to spend to actually use my overpriced shampoo. People are hanging onto their money for dear life these days. Spending this kind of money on hair care is certainly a luxury and so was having customers that are willing to spend that kind of money. Your customer service has left me disappointed and onto the next line of hair care products. Do better!
