An absolute must if you are in menopausal transition
I bought this Vitamin E product that contains the natural form and 4 types of vitamin E to support my health during menopausal transition. This is absolutely the best Vitamin E I've ever bought. It helped me with insomnia, dreadful hot flashes, and pesky night sweats associated with perimenopause. The intensity of the symptoms was very much reduced and I felt more comfortable as well as more energetic the next day. I take it ( 1 gel per day) about an hour or two before bedtime with a light snack that contains some healthy fats for maximum absorption(fat soluble vitamin). I will be buying this again. Discuss with your doctor of course but this can be an excellent adjunct in your midlife and beyond toolkit! Thank you Amazon!
