Weak Wheels
Like the title suggests the wheels are very weak at the connection to the unit and broke immediately. I still use the rack but dare not move it. I would look for something without wheels or a much sturdier wheel setup if I needed to purchase another one.

Missing 8 of the 12 screws - How can this be fixed
Please send the rest of it. If not, I am happy to return this item and have it replaced for the same item.

Cheap and falls apart
I got this to help out with print organization on the site. It doesn't see any abuse or much movement. I've had to locate the handle screws more time than I care to think about. It is easy to assemble and reassemble, but that is besides the point. I would have been much happier if they had included a tube of thread lock.

our shelves were uninstall-able without bending the frame as the racks did not align with the frame at all
