This is really good for our joints and backaches. I purchased it after our original product was/is out of stock. My husband and I noticed a difference right away. We tried it with 1 teaspoon instead of 2 and didn't notice a difference.

I can't believe this actually helped my knee pain so quickly. After a few ankle surgeries, my knee hasn't been the same. You know, one thing leads to another. This evening I noticed when bent down to pick something up, I braced myself for the expected pain in my left knee. But I barely felt it! Then I remembered that I had taken this supplement this morning for the first time. So as of now I'm giving 5 stars. I'll be back if there is any big change.

I started taking this hyaluronic acid for my joints and noticed a real difference in flexibility and comfort. The taste is mild and easy to mix into water or juice. I also like that the brand uses clean ingredients. It’s become part of my daily routine.

It is so sweet and slimy, it was hard to take, and I didn't notice any benefits. I'm sure it is what it is supposed to be, but I couldn't tell it did anything. It is really expensive.
