Easy to install, it’s very responsive to the remote. Nice and bright, all the dimmable and color features work. Seems like a quality, low profile light, would recommend!

Our house was built in the late 40's, so with various remodels and such, the overhead light in the kitchen had NO switch to it. For a while we had a basic dome light with a pull-chain. The light was insufficiently bright, did not accommodate shorter people (such as my sister when she stays over), and with everyday use--the chain continuously snapped.This remote-control light solves the no-switch problem. As a bonus, the settings are better than I had hoped for. The light is very bright, but if you are not a morning person, you can also dim it. You can select more of a yellow color or a white light color depending on your preference or mood. It "remembers" the last setting you used so if you don't feel like messing w/ it, that's also an option. Installation was easy, especially because A) this is extremely light-weight and B) the light comes with a little hook and wire. Once you have screwed in the mount to your junction box, you can hang the light from it as you connect the wires. I've installed several light fixtures and that's always the most awkward part----trying to balance/hold onto the light while delicately connecting the wires.My very minor beef with this is that you do in fact need to point the remote at the light in order to turn it on and off. I thought if I just mounted the remote on the wall, I'd be able to press on/off without having to take the remote off of the wall and point. Nope. Oh well, I can definitely live with that. I bought a magnetic mount for the remote. So far-So good.

This product was well packaged. The installation instructions was easy to follow and in large enough print to read. The base plate that needs to be installed first has 4 slits where the included mounting screws is inserted which is then screwed into the outlet box. This was not an easy task to accomplish because it was difficult to see/lineup the screw through the slit. Once base plate is installed the light fixtured is easily rotated onto the base plate. The light is very bright and the brightness can be controlled by the included remote. I will give a thumbs up for the light and a thumbs down for the base plate. Would have preferred a stiffer mounting plate and a better way to install it. It is still a good product in providing the light I needed.

Excellent lighting, love the remote which gives a variety of lighting options. Quick and easy installation. Plan to add another for the kitchen and perhaps a couple more as needed.

The media could not be loaded. This was so perfect for our laundry room. It replaced a horrid small fluorescent light fixture. The brightness is great, as is the size. The price was also good. My husband installed it in under 10 minutes. The dimmer is fun as it also can change the color of the light. Would recommend highly!

The BLNAN Dimmable LED ceiling light is a 12Inch, 24W, 3000K-6500K with adjustable light colors (6500K to 3000K). It has 2400LM lumens and the brightness can be adjusted from 100% to 10%. And it requires 120 volt wiring.The BLNAN LED light is a big improvement over the 30 year old light fixture in the closet. The old fixture had a pull chain that was no longer working and I was shopping for a new pull chain to install. But I'm really happy that I found the BLNAN LED light and I replaced the whole fixture. And since the BLNAN has a remote control I didn't have to worry that there was not a switch on the wall.I encountered a few issues doing the install. Be sure to flip your breaker switch to turn off power before doing the wiring. Twist the base plate off of the light and then pull your wires through the 1 inch hole, and then screw the base plate to the junction box in the ceiling. In my case the junction box was above the sheetrock and the enclosed screws were too short. I found some #8 32x1.5" machine screws in my garage and they were perfect for attaching the base plate. Once the base plate is installed there is a short cable that you can use to hang the new light while you are hooking up the wiring. I found that the stripped bare wires of the BLNAN light were too short to make a good connection and so I used my wire stripper to expose more of the bare wire. I connected the wiring nuts. There were only two wires in the junction box so I didn't use the ground wire, but the light works fine. And then you have to push the wires and wire nuts up into the 1 inch hole in the center of the base plate. Twist the light onto the base plate and flip the breaker and you're good to go.So the light works great and there is a lot of options using the remote. The light is quite bright--brighter than my old light. I'm quite happy with the BLNAN LED light. Check out my picture of the instructions for the remote to see some of the lighting options available.Now all I need is some velcro to attach the remote to the wall.
