UFC UFC Heavy Punching Bag

The bag is packed is way too tight so, it's not at all ideal when hitting it as there is little absoption from your punches. After opening it up I discovered that it is not only filled with shredded cloth but, also 10 bags of tightly packed sand. This can definitely injur your wrists even with proper form and little power behind your punches. Many heavy bags use sand but, I recommend removing it if you intend on using frequently and are an average-sized person. While the shell does look very nice though, I do not recommend buying this bag unless you plan on repacking without the sand which I guess would make it a medium or lightweight bag instead of a heavy.

Great UFC punching bag! It was so easy to hang. The Box basically fell apart as soon as it got to my house but the bag was in perfect condition so that's a plus. The bag looks and feels extremely sturdy. It feels great when you punch it.

this is meant more for intermediate fighters. it is good and firm. very nice impact absorption. overall this is one of the better bags on the market. I would recommend this to a more experienced fighter.

Great bag for price, come filled and ready to punch. We will see how long it last but seems sturdy. Get some good gloves, you don’t want to hit it without any!
