This stuff tastes much like milkybar, it's the best white hot chocolate that I've tried on Amazon and I've tried them all. I prefer it over Galaxy, which I didn't think was possible. It's not gritty and dissolves easily. However, I would say, when I first received it, I thought it tastes like burnt caramel, but I realised that the powder had just settled in transit and once I shook the container it and mixed it all up again, tasted absolutely perfect.

Ok made in the U.K. tick. Price. Tick Taste - very very very sugary. I only purchased this item because it has about 3 ingredients in it ie what chocolate powder, skimmed milk and sugar. Comparing this product to Whittards White Hot Chocolate mix that product isn’t as sweet as this one. It’s more expensive than this product. Price wise you 2kg for £16.99 as at date of purchase. For Whittards you only get 700g when you purchase two tubs. Also it contains lots of other ingredients. I use a scoop that is about 3 teaspoons. I might use less of the product due to the sugar content in future. Would I buy this again? Yes Pros Nice and creamy Good value for money Doesn’t contain as many E this or E that. Made in the U.K. White chocolaty for certain! Cons Bit over sweet. Might have to use less of the product but will make the product go further. Would recommend.

I find this powder is way too sweet for me, I would choose something else next time.

Excellent good value hot chocolate without the Cadbury ridiculous high price.

Initially - Very poor. The description is misleading. Far inferior texture to others I have bought in the past. Apparently it should be prepared with a milk frother but that was not clear on the description. When added to hot milk it is very thin and adding more of the powder didn't help at all. I shall be returning to the earlier products. UPDATE. The manufacturer stepped in very helpfully, not only refunding my purchase price but replacing it with another item which is exactly what I intended to buy (ie the choc powder mixes with either water or hot milk with no other devices required). So now I will definitely consider buying again and I have adjusted my grumpy one star to four.
