I bought a pair of YSL heels that I paid way too much for but I had to have em. That’s besides the point though.. I purchased em last summer and have only been able to wear em literally only 3 times because they are soooooo painful to walk/stand in. They’re like 4” heels and so once I slip into them, my foot just naturally slides down, and I have wide feed, so gravity has me putting all my weight on the ball of my feet and so it puts a lot of stress of the sides of my feet where the straps really cut into and after just having em on for 15 minute they start to become extremely unbearable. Standing is one thing but every step in these was complete torture. Ive really tried my best to tough it out and break em in but these are probably up there with red bottoms when it comes to painful ass must haves. Anyways, my gfs and I planned a last minute girls trip and I didn’t wanna spend a lot of money on some new shoes so I decided I would TRY wearing these again. After extensive research and reading a bunch of reviews, I settled on purchasing these foot cushions. I got em in the next day and was so busy I never had time to test em out. So it was just do or die when it came down to it all. Moment of truth —- We left the hotel at 1am and stayed out all night until 5am (Chicago’s nightlife scene runs very late) I danced, walked up and down stairs a few times because the restroom was downstairs. Even ran and was on my feet for most of the night and I never once felt any major discomfort. I can’t say they made my heels 100% comfortable because we don’t live in a perfect world... my best friend even said she never heard me complain once about my shoes hurting and she knows about the hell I went through the last few times I tried wearing these heels in particular. But mannn the difference it made had me ranting and raving about these lifesavers all weekend to my gfs.. so much that I felt compelled to leave this review and I don’t do that too often. But omg, I love these things. I was really considering selling my heels because I couldn’t wear em. So glad I found these first! Anyways, let me put a little emphasis on how it helps though so you have an idea of what to expect. The quality is a-1 because once u stick it on, it ain’t moving. Im 5’5 185lbs, I’m curvy ok :) so putting all my weight onto the ball of my feet is a lot of pressure and they never not once budged. The way they designed the grooves and details of the cushion itself really does make a difference too. Placement is very important because it really Keeps your foot where it needs to sit so make sure u stick em on correctly. I still have an extra pair that I plan on placing into some 4” boots that cause some discomfort so I’ll update my review on that later. For us women who like wearing 4”+ heels, these are highly recommend. They help so much in keeping your foot in place. It’s a lot of work standing with your foot arched like that already and then the physical part of putting all your weight into the ball of your feet just to look cute.. I know we’re crazy.. but these make it so worth it. They help a lot! All in all these are f*%#ing amazing though and so hella worth the price.

These worked great in my heels! I wore my heels to a wedding and I litterally could not walk for hours after becuase the balls of my feet hurt so bad. I bought these pads and put them in and they made all the difference! I wore these heels all night and danced and my feet never hurt! I wish I would have bought them sooner! They are a little tricky to put on in the right spot, so my suggestion is to set them in there where you think they need to go(I had opened toe heels) and hold in place and slide your foot in to make sure it sits in the right spot. Then I held it in place took my foot out and peeled the edge off and stuck it down to hold it in the perfect spot and pulled the rest of the backing off and stuck it down. They stick really good and didn't go anywhere. They really didn't add any height to my arch but just a little.

They work very well to keep the ball of your foot in position and prevent your foot from slipping forward. I would say they helped to make the heeled sandals I wore (for the 1st time) more comfortable and prevented any blisters from my foot sliding/moving inside the shoe. They are also thin enough to not affect the sizing of your shoes. I have yet to find the perfect solution to comfortable wearing heels, but these did a really good job over a 8 hour period of mostly being on my feet at a party. Well worth the purchase and would do so again!

I wore 4" heels for my company holiday party and when trying on the shoes the day before, I knew they'd pain me and debated whether to carry flats with me. But I decided to give these cushions a try. Not taking any flats with me, it was an all-in type of situation. I put them on in the cab ride over to the party (peel and stick), and they felt super soft to the touch when I put my shoes back on. Now that I reflect back, I did not once feel the ball of my foot paining as I thought they might after standing and dancing and walking around for 4 hours. Good buy!! I'm now going to try the black and white ones for other shoes! Btw, I also wore then with Vivian Lou insoles and my my my ... my feetsies didn't feel a thing.

These pads felt comfortable at the beginning and really helped relieve pressure on the ball of my foot. But after wearing them for a couple of hours—especially in closed shoes—they started to feel a bit tight and uncomfortable. I’d recommend them more for open shoes or sandals, where there’s a bit more space. They do help with foot pain, just not ideal for long periods or tight shoes.

Worked for me so far, I haven't worn the shoes outside of the home yet but, these did make walking in the shoes more comfortable. They are very sticky so be careful when applying to your shoe.

In my early 20's I could run in any size heel and dance the night away. As I got older, that faded quick! And after 2021, I pretty much gave up heels all together. So when I do need to wear them, these are a lifesaver!! I got them for all of my heels. Stick them in there and your shoe is now comfortable! The beige matches most of my shoes pretty well. They are easy to use. Just peel and stick. So far they have stayed in place.

WOW! I am so impressed by these. They’re not too thick but they offer so much cushion!! I’ve tried others similar in look but I could always squish them between my fingers because they were made of thin foam. These are high quality and I cannot touch my fingers through no matter how hard I squeeze them. I have a lot of pain in the ball of my right foot when I wear heels and these lessened the pain significantly!! The size is perfect and the adhesion is seriously amazing. I have no doubts they will stay put all night long. Very well worth the money. I’m super impressed.

My daughter bought a pair of shoes that she loved but they we're slightly too big so needed some inner soles. These metatarsal ball of foot cushions were recommended to her to put in the shoes instead of stuffing the front and they worked perfectly. Now her shoes are 100% more comfortable and they fit perfectly

Si parte de la suela de tus tacones está rota o levantada, estos te servirán perfectamente para repararlos. Están muy bien hechos y quedan a la perfección, no se salen de los bordes y son muy suaves. Yo los compré pensando que me ayudarían a reposar mis pies y poder estar de pie con tacones varías horas, pero no sirven para esto, por eso le pongo 3 estrellas. Los pies me dolieron igual que si no los hubiera traído puestos.

I have horrible pain in the balls of my feet because I walk pretty hard, and a lot of pressure gets put on that area. I've tried other inserts and pads, but this fixed it completely. Very soft/bouncy, you get used to it pretty quickly so it doesn't feel like a bulge under the foot. Albeit, it doesn't stick super well, but I've used superglue to glue it onto a sole insert (this way I can take out the insert and put it in anyshoe, instead of having to peel off the pad), and it has stayed pretty well for the last month.
