This dish is absolutely perfect for my lasagna! i have other 9 x 13 dishes but my lasagna always overflows and makes a mess in the oven. With this dish, there's no overflow, it's the perfect depth. I also like the glass lid which can double as another baking dish. The lid allows me to put things other than lasagna in the main baking dish and cover it with plenty of room to spare. This is definitely an addition to my baking dishes that will be well used!

Love making big meals in this, get to store easily with the lid. I also use the lid as a separate dish at the same time and it has been wonderful!

Love this baking dish. It's extra depth allows me to cook without worrying about spillover, and even gives me more room to add extra toppings when desired. Bonus, I have even used the lid upside down as a smaller baking dish to cook two items at once.

Wow, what can I say the perfect pan nice and deep and also the the lid is deep so it can rise the food it's very thick and it's easy to wash

This was a gift I bought for myself just before my 50th birthday. I had been seeking a casserole/lasagna pan set for decades, in particular I wanted one with a food safe lid I could use in oven. I saw this was upcoming on prime day and knew it was there for me ... And it could be use as two separate dishes or a lidded set. What a fantastic birthday gift I received that day. I prefer to use earthenware material over plastic and aluminum. I have been using this Pyrex set often. I have made casserole, meatloaf, pork tenderloin and seafood meals, I marinated ribs and chicken then cooking after they marinaded and also to reheat leftovers, or even make a new messy yet delicious mix of whatever I had left. Storage is simple, as you can see in the included photos. I really like this pan set. Everyone, PLEASE know that you MUST allow pans made with clay, ceramic and/or glass, including Pyrex, get to room temperature before shocking it with heat or freezing temperature. Do not put it straight from freezer to heated stove or hot stove to freezer. When I was younger and naive I lost many of the Pyrex, clay, glass and ceramic ware I initially invested my hard earned money on and did not know what I did wrong when they would break, I did not drop or smash it, I was confused. That was until I had a cool 12 inch pizza stone. It smashed inside my oven. At that point I had it. After searching what I did to cause this, I learned my mistake was putting a frozen pizza on top of a clay pizza stone and heating it, causing thermal shock and that was what caused the pizza stone to smash in my oven. Now I understood why my other glass, clay or ceramic ware broke in same fashion. Ever since I have been blessed to have fully intact clay, ceramic, Pyrex and regular glass ware. I love using Pyrex over any kind of plastic containers to store, prepare, heat and serve food. Now I love it even more now that I have the knowledge on how to maintain my kitchenware safely intact. This is a great pan set for things I mentioned cooking and I imagine it being wonderful for the plethora of many other recipes out there. A 4 star review by me is saying it is a great product. I only give 5 stars if a product or company goes above and beyond. This Pyrex set is definitely worth every penny

I bought this because I cook bacon in the microwave every day. I was tired of using paper towels and did not like cooking in plastic. I also wanted something with a lid to stop splattering. This works well for that purpose. The large handles mean that I can pick up the dish with my bare hands and it isn't hot. Cleanup is easy. It does take more time to cook because the microwave has trouble with thick glass, but that is normal and not a problem for me. It would be perfect if there was a way to hold the bacon off the bottom when it is cooking to get even more fat off of the bacon, but I am not sure how much a difference it would even make. I haven't used this dish for anything else but it is great for cooking bacon, but I don't know why it wouldn't work great with anything you are cooking. The first one arrived shattered, but I just returned it and reordered a new one (yes, I took a box a shattered glass to the return center! LOL).

This Pyrex baking dish is a great buy because you can use both the lid and the dish for various purposes. I'm always looking for something that serves a dual purpose, and this dish fills the bill.

At last a pyrex dish with handles that allow you to get an absolutely firm, safe grip.Always found those silly little rounded grips on most pyrex lethal when lifting stuff from the oven.Now getting old with stiffening fingers, this dish is a godsend. It's made in the USA...there's no equivalent in this country; just ordered 2 more and it's about a 10 day wait. All else are normal pyrex features; though it's also a nice looking serving dish that can sit happily in the middle of the table.

Wonderful large size , as well as being quite deep. A versatile baking dish, love the handles and see through tempered glass lid.. which fits securely into the bake dish base. The instructions remind that this item is not suitable for stove - top and must be used to bake something... that is not too dry, or very undersized.. when this baking dish, goes into a hot oven. Should not be filled with really hot or cold liquids, suddenly, to avoid shocking the tempered glass. I knew all of that before I purchased , but some new users might not know these care details. As long as this item is stored and used properly.. it should last a lifetime and work perfectly. A great amazon price.. with free shipping !
