These are a VERY shallow fitting foam tip, which is nice for a lot of TWS headphones that have shallow space in the case for eartips. I wanted some foams for my 1more evos and they just do NOT accept tips that are not shallow as heck in the case. The evos have very deep nozzles, and despite my usual medium size ears, the smalls were a perfect fit.I'm not the best test of someone with super waxy ears that destroys foam tips, my ears are very clean and foam tips tend to last me quite a while. These are no different.So while I can't speak to the xm4's, I will say these fit the oval, bigger than average nozzles of the 1more evo just fine. They should fit nearly any iem that uses a standard nozzle (unlike airpods, soundcore liberty 4/NC, galaxy buds pro, etc.) And the foam itself is a nice balance of rebound and ease of fitting it into your ears. The foam seems pretty durable, since the 1mores do compress it in the case ever so slightly and it rebounds fine! Have had them on for several months and they still work like new.Overall great product.

I bought these about 5 months ago and have already gone through half of them. The adhesive they use to connect the rubber (pink) to the foam (black) comes apart after using them daily for a month or two. I guess if you buy then knowing how disposable they are fine, but be careful about the foam tips getting stuck in your ear as they fall apart.

It’s good for me .but just not easy for clean

I didn't care for these. They fit great but they don't feel like memory foam. There's no squish and they are very poor at insulating so my noise cancelling doesn't work very well.

Makes my Bowers & Wilkinson earbuds sound better.With a lot more Bass in detail and louder through my pixel 7 pro.

I wouldn’t recommend these foam tips if you’re using your earbuds for high-intensity activities like running or heavy gym sessions. I work out daily, run after the gym, and sweat a lot, which I think impacted the durability of the tips. After just a few weeks, the foam started to wear down significantly. Once I removed them for cleaning, they began to stretch out and wouldn’t stay secure on the earbuds—one would keep slipping off, while the other would get squished too far in, making it uncomfortable as the speaker pressed into my ear. I even noticed tiny cracks forming in the foam after about three weeks.I am personally thinking these tips may be fine for light, non-sweaty activities, but in my case being highly active, they wear down quickly and don’t hold up well. I’d recommend looking for a more durable option if you need something that can handle intense workouts or a lot of movement.
