They stop your bike 😀
Great organic brake pads for the price, no point in buying expensive ones.

Excellent value for money
A really cheap set of brake pads that are very effective. Easy to fit although I would have liked a pin clamp to ensure no movement and they don't slide out. However, I would buy again and they are excellent value for money.I hope you found this review helpful :)

Can't believe the price on these pads
Took a chance on these as the original pads are so expensive. So far so good . Been riding for a month or so and had no issues

Great product, perfect for the British trails
Nice quiet pad with a good bite, idea for British XC/ trail riding. Wear rate seems good too.

Good
As good as any other pads I have used and better than a lot

Good price but very tight fit
Reasonably priced pads and they wore OK, though not as well as the Elixir pads. Mind you I rode them through some awful gunk so maybe the comparison was unfair. The biggest issue that I have found with many 3rd party pads for Elixir 5 is the fit. The pad housing is very tight across the width of the pad. It seem like the makers of these pads don't allow for the thickness of the paint coating and in common with others I have bought they didn't really fit reliably without me filing off some of the coating from the edges.

No squealing
The last set of cheapo pads for Avid Elixir I bought squealed horrendously. These don't. They have also worked perfectly on some big long descents. Not had them long enough to test longevity yet. The backing plate is slightly thinner than some which means fitting them is easier, although I still had to bleed a drop or two of fluid off (from that tiny torx bolt on the handlebar lever) to stop them rubbing when first fitted. They don't come with a pin.
