Very good tape. Stays on well. You can get it wet and it will dry quickly.

Does what it is supposed to do. Good value for the price.

I bought this for my husband to support his shoulder whilst lifting at work. Does the job perfectly and handy to have in the house for other aches and strains. Stays put all day/night long.

Not the best adhesion, and a bit too much stretch for me personally. However, if you’re looking for something for one use at a reasonable price you could do worse

No issues, used before

Arrived on time,great condition.good choice of colours but mostly used the natural colour or pink and blue

Got this after a painful knee injury. Used in conjunction with sport tape as the base for strong adhesion, zinc oxide tape for strength and high level of support, and this for light support of surrounding muscles. Overall effect gave pain relief and structural support. It's really stretchy which is good for flexibility. Not sure how effective this would be on it's own though? The choice of bright colours was a nice addition though.
