Works good, heat gets nice and warm. Very easy to use and control to target certain areas.

Normally don't write reviews, however this vibrating cushion has it all, or is fairly thick so the massage points don't hurt your back, the foam is firm and comfortable, the heat is one setting only, one for the back and one for your butt, but it feels just about right, lots of massage options, and a strap to keep it attached to your chair, it does turn off too quick, and you need a deep chair because of the thickness, I would definitely recommend or buy again, this is only for you home

Has quite a few massage settings, optional heat, etc. All good, but considering it's relatively low cost compared to some other options, it's not the best. But, for what you get, it's all good.

This thing is super loud so you can't actually relax with it. The 15 minute auto shutoff is way too quick. I'm not tall, but the neck part doesn't come up anywhere near my neck. Also, you cannot have just heat on by itself. The biggest problem is that you cannot select your vibration type for just one area of your body. If you limit it to one or more areas, it only does a standard vibration. For example, you cannot have it pulsate on just your lower back, but you can do a basic vibration on just your lower back. To select pulsate, rolling, etc you must allow it to do your entire body.

Having previously owned several of these that I wore out I can tell you this is the best one yet. I installed it in my driver's seat as I do plenty of driving and so far excellent product. It was easy to install and fit perfectly in my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I've owned it for several months now and it still feels like new. It is has the right amount of cushion so that you don't feel the massage wheels digging into your skin and provides a good deal of heat and doesn't leave you feeling sore afterwards. I work at a warehouse and can tell you that my breaks are getting a relaxing, healing massage on this chair!

This vibration massage chair was bought for a gift, and worked well for the first 6 weeks. However, the return window for the product in amazon closed just 16 days before the product completely and totally quit working. It will no longer power on at all, despite all manner of effort to restart, unplug and replug, change power outlets, everything we could think of. There were no indicators that the product had any issues. It just stopped working at all, suddenly. It worked wonderfully when it worked, which makes it even more disappointing to have to write a bad review. If you can afford to buy and replace every 4 to 6 weeks, this might be the right product for you. Our first purchase of such a product was through Bed, Bath and Beyond and lasted about 17 years. Bought to help through pregnancy, so it was the most basic chair pad available at that store. It was not a high end or name brand version either. I realize 17 years is a long time, but 6 weeks is absolutely unsatisfactory, and coincidentally just long enough to get past the return window through amazon. I will not give Snailax products another look ever.

So far so good!! Seems to cut off too soon & have to start over. Only complaint!!

My heated back massage seat cushion arrived on a day I had spent doing Spring yard and garden clean up. The timing was perfect!! My aching back and muscles sure appreciated the comfort this chair pad provided. I have used it a few times since then and find it so comforting and relaxing for soreness in my low back and hip areas. Thank You Snailax for a great product that relieves my discomfort without having to take pain relievers.
