Healthy and tasty
I love these spelt puffs because you can eat them as cereal or make chewy tray bake treats with them. They will be extremely bland to anyone who has a high refined sugar intake. These will taste like card board if you see them and think "oh look healthy Sugar Puffs?" no, no, no you will be disappointed. I eat mine with hemp milk, maybe throw in some nuts, dates etc or melt agave syrup and almond butter in a pan then throw nuts and seeds in add the puffs, put on baking tray, pop in the freezer for 20 minutes, then keep in the fridge, great as a treat.

Tasty, Healthy but expensive
I like the no added anything and the wheat free cereal especially with soya or almond milk. Kids like it too but we are accustomed to no added sugar no artificial sweeteners foods.
