Excellent product
Was given this sambal innitially by a Chinese restaurant owner in The Netherlands and was thrilled to bits to be able to get it in the UK. have used Indonesian sambals for the past 40 years but it's great to find one which is not too spicey and crunchy which compliments my oriental cooking. Happy happy happy :-)

Tasty but Expensive!
Nice tasting product. It brings ramen to life. Not too many peanuts in jar, but the flavor is there. It cost £2.49 a jar at our local Korean shop (August 2021), vs £6 + on Amazon. Not sure why so expensive Amazon?

Not spicy at all and tastes more like beans.

Excellent taste, easily beats "Lee Kum Kee X.O Sauce", which is worth over 1000 Rupees ! NOTE: has a fishy smell, which could be from "Fermented Tofu".

The flavour is something I just couldn't tolerate. Definitely not the chili oil I was expecting!

Deelish! Before I moved to India I used to buy this at Chinese markets in the US. So happy to find it here. A few days ago I had a friend taste it and a look of bliss came over his face. He loved it as much as I do. Don't buy it if you're allergic to peanuts (moongfalli).
