Broke first time using it
This ripped the first time I used it. Not like I'm a heavy guy either, I weigh 150 lbs. Besides the fact that it ripped, it was very uncomfortable at the armpits. Not sure how long I could tolerate it... but it ripped as soon as I put my weight on it. What sucks is Amazon wants to charge me $8 to have them pick it up at my door. So I have to be inconvenienced because this product was defective. And I do a ton of business with Amazon.

Easy to use; provides good stretch and decompression
We had owned an inversion table for years, and I absolutely loved it. I had gotten out of the habit of using it and decided to research them prior to picking it up again. I found a lot more material on the risks of inversion tables than was available when we first purchased it. As a result, it's still in the closet.Given that, I was hoping that this decompression harness would provide some of the benefits I was getting from the inversion table but without the risks. I found that while it's certainly not a substitute for an inversion table, it does offer benefits that I've missed, though in a less comfortable manner. The harness is easy to use, but does require some kind of support bar or chin-up bar (the bar does not come with the harness). The concept is simple - attach the harness to the support bar at the appropriate height, fasten it around your chest, and allow yourself to hang from the harness. Instead of fighting gravity as you do when you're standing, you allow gravity to help decompress your spine by having your lower body and legs pull down against the harness. This does indeed provide a decent level of spinal decompression. While it certainly provides relief to the spine and lower back muscles, I found it a little uncomfortable to use for extended periods.I've used the harness maybe a dozen times over the last couple of months. It seems to be well made and durable - none of the seams showed any indications of wear and the buckles continue to hold securely.I miss the inversion table, but I feel that this is a decent substitute that provides the same kind of relief from lower back pain but without the potentially serious risks. I expect I will be using it on a somewhat regular basis, hoping that it becomes a little more comfortable as time goes on.

Worked okay
The hanging straps are just barely long enough. I had to loosen them up to the very end so I could attach the Velcro to the main chest harness. I have to have a bench or stool to step on to get in place.

Real Relief From Lower Back Discomfort and Ordinary Stress, Too
This harness is not a "cure" for lower-back discomfort but it is a useful therapy. I ordered it for a member of my household who has a minor irregularity in his spine, essentially a slight case of scoliosis that shouldn't be called a handicap but which is the cause of aches and pains especially after exercise. This harness provides some quick, effective relief. It's easy to strip into and can be used at home if you have one of those strong, secure chin-up bars that fit in a door-frame; we got one of these we were restricted to home workouts during the lockdown, and it pairs perfectly with this harness. There are several parts that have to be secured onto the user but this is quick and easy to do after the first couple of times; this also makes it easy to use at a professional gym once you know that there isn't much fuss to deploying it. The stretch it provides is a function of the user's body-weight and is not overly aggressive or stressful. Instructions are clear and uncomplicated. I recommend gently lifting the legs off the floor (or a platform if you're using it on a bar that's above your height), allowing your body to gently hang without swinging. You can feel and sometimes hear the pent-up tension released from compacted muscles, cartilage and disks. This is a gentle process with when properly used with no low risk of injury. The physical improvement it promotes also helps reduce mental stress. I discovered that using it at home before bedtime also promotes better sleep. I recommend even for people who don't have particular back issues.

Broken Strap👎🏻
The loop that holds the rings on the belt broke a few days after the return window closed. It’s cheaply constructed because it only got used for 3 mins 5 days a week. Definitely NOT worth the money! 👎🏻The positive is that it really works as a back traction device. 👍🏻

Poor quality
The seams of the strap ripped after a week. I only weight 190 lb. The D rings were beginning to open up. This thing is poor quality item.

Insufficient support
The straps would constantly become loose and not provide enough stability to decompress your spine.

Poor construction
Seams tore in the first few times it was used.
