These were smaller than expected, but look great and were a big hit. They light easily and burn down slowly enough that they can be used again. The plastic holders worked great. High recommend for a special event.

I decided to make myself and my brother-in-law a birthday cake this year and went all out. It was decadent - four layers of marbled sponge with four different kinds of frosting and topped with ganache. I didn't want just any candles to top this gorgeous cake! These candles were perfect! I love how the gold looks on the dark chocolate ganache. And the long length made the cake even more rich looking. Very pleased.

These candles are extremely cute! Each one had like little cracks in it I’m guessing from the finish used to achieve this color. Nonetheless you didn’t notice it in any pictures and they burned fine but it was disappointing soon receiving them.

These gold candles were used for our grandson's birthday cake. They complemented the decorations beautifully.

Used for the top of a birthday cake. The brushed gold complimented the white cake and white and gold balloons.
