My husband loves this wedge pillow. It replaces the six pillows he was using to sleep in a comfortable position. He is 6'3" and the neck/head support pillow and everything else about it fits him perfectly. I had bought this wedge for myself because my doctor said I needed to sleep on a wedge pillow. Unfortunately, this wedge is not made for people my height which is 5'3" if you want a neck support. My head does not reach the neck/head support pillow because the velcro strap from the pillow to the wedge can only be attached to one specific area on the wedge, high towards the top. It is not adjustable up or down the front of the wedge if you need to move it down because you are shorter and want the neck support. The velcro strap to attach the support pillow to the wedge portion is a great addition to keep it in place so it doesn't slide off the wedge during the night, as are the straps which connect the 2 wedge portions together. It also has some rubber type resistance under the wedge so it stays in place on your sheets. I can tell that the company put a lot of thought into the design of this wedge to make it comfortable and practical for the end user. I recommend that the company consider giving the user the capability to position the head/neck support pillow in a number of different positions instead of only one specific place. This would make it adjustable for people of virtually any height, short or tall, who want the neck support. It would then be the perfect wedge pillow in my opinion as a user. This could be accomplished by adding a few more velcro areas on the wedge portion of the pillow to attach the pillow strap to. By making this change so a shorter person can adjust where the neck/head pillow strap attaches to the wedge would put this wedge at the top of its class. As it stands, if you want to use the support pillow, you need to be taller than I am which is 5'3". Without using the support pillow, the wedge can be used by a short or tall person. I think it's a great wedge for people around 6' feet, unless you have the capability to adjust and attach the support pillow to a height of your choosing. Other than this suggestion for improvement it's a great product, well made and well packaged. It is shipped rolled up, however the wedge shape appears immediately with no folds anywhere once it's out of the heavy plastic wrapping. They also include a pillow support for your legs and a cold/heat pack. Very thoughtful touches.

Just what I needed. I wasn’t expecting the quality to Be as great. Nice, super soft fabric. I got the 4 pack in light grey, no odor as others have commented from other brands. It also came with a heat/ cool pack! I’m mostly bedbound from illness now, I’m so happy with this and the way its supports my body compared to pillows.

I can finally sleep in a bed again after months of not sleeping very well in a recliner. I have ridiculous low back issues, two fusions and need another. Every time I would lie down my leg would go numb and left foot felt squeezed by a vice. With this ortho support pillow combo I finally have the right amount of support and ability to switch things up and can happily say that I've been able to once again sleep in my cozy bed. A nice surprise is that the color matches my bedding and the fabric is very soft and comforting. It's very high quality, has absolutely no smell, is very versatile and is giving me pain relief. Really surprising and amazing to get this for a great price ($89) off Amazon of all places. If you have low back issues I highly recommend.

Revised: Customer service got back to us very quickly and compensated us for the issue. We're very pleased with their timely response. ------------------------ The wedges are very comfortable and do offer great support post-surgery so that I'm not lying flat on the bed. I also use the smaller wedge behind me as I relax in a recliner recovering. My issue is that the stitching started to come apart..

I purchased this set for my daughter as she recovered from surgery. I asked her how she would rate it and she said five stars. I like that the set offers multiple configuration options. We were able to set it up in a way that best helped her have a comfortable healing experience.
