Solidly built, works well to evenly spread the grounds. You still need to tamp afterwards but this helps you get an even pressure. I also use their fine mesh puck screens.

Prior to tamping this is a good distributor of the freshly ground coffee and sets you up with an even surface to tamp! This helps ensure no channeling when you pull your shot. Excellent product at a reasonable price! Would have no hesitation recommending as I had a cheaper one before and there was no adjustment for depth which makes a real difference.

Works great! Nice heavy and well made device. Not sure if it’s actually required since I already use the tamper made by the same company which does a superb job. Looks like it’ll last for a nice while.

Tut seinen Job ohne viel Aufhebens. Die Höhenverstellbarkeit funktioniert, muß aber kurz studiert werden. Massive und unverwüstliche Bauart - besser nicht auf den Fuß fallen lassen! Hauptdrehrichtung ist im Uhrzeigersinn, aber es zeigt sich, daß zuerst eine Umdrehung dagegen, dann zurück im Uhrzeigersinn sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielt!
