Very Bad Utter garbage product
Havells customer service is very poor they will make you cry. It hasn't been 1 year and within 2 months the fan started making weird sounds until it completed became dysfunctional. They gave us a detective fan and didn't even bother addressing the issue even though it is within warranty period. Multiple followups call they do nothing. Total fraud and scamsters who do not value anyone's time and hard earned money. Once they sell off a defective product they are done and now you sit and cry. If you want to go through trauma and waste your money with nothing but inconvenience then go ahead buy this item from Havells. Customer service from Havells sucks they are trained specially to harass people. Total rubbish
