Very fresh and nutritious. Have been buying from this brand for a while and it never disappointed. We use it with salads. Always fresh, clean and shiny. It is just a little overpriced, I think.

The seeds are fresh and delicious. They arrived nicely packed in an attractive pumpkin color resealable pack. At 32 ounces it is a great value. I mix it with nutmeats and the taste and texture blends in well. I did have to put it inside a zip lock bag because its pack wouldn't seal. That's OK. I've found other resealable packs that wouldn't seal well, or at all, so, no "shade" from me. Enjoy!

These are exactly what I wanted, raw pumpkin seeds. They are so hard to find in the store and I don't have any fancy health stores nearby to get them, so Amazon is the best place.
