I have been doing intermittent fasting to help my journey of weight loss, and I felt I needed some support; Fastonic is a product that I carry everywhere in my purse, comes in a bottle of 60 tables, is Vegan, soy-free, and dairy free! This hydrogen tablet is easy to take; you drop it in the water and wait until it dissolves to drink it, have no particular taste; I enjoy drinking it, not only because I feel more energy but also because I notice other health benefits such as less hunger and less fatigue. I drink it with an empty stomach to start my morning. I highly recommend this product.

The ease of use is the best part—just dissolve a tablet in water and drink! It’s a little bit fizzy and now I crave it! Let me start by saying that I have a desk job. I had been feeling very fatigued and found it hard to focus and concentrate. I heard about hydrogen water, read up on it and decided to give True Cellular Fastonic a try. I drink the hydrogen water first thing in the morning. It has improved my energy level and mental clarity. I don’t struggle to sit at my desk job like I use too. It feels good to know that I am taking something that benefits my overall health. The taste is not that pleasing but it is not that bad either. Just drop a hydrogen tablet into water, let dissolve and drink. I am looking forward to feeling even better as I continue to take this product.

I think this is a placebo. . .I took it as directed daily until the bottle ran out, and felt no difference, maybe it needs more time, but it didn't seem to be doing anything at all for the price. Sometimes, I think things may take at least 3 months, but not sure, and I don't think I will purchase again. I had high hopes.

Fastonic is one of my favorite travel supplements. When you're ascending on a plane, oxygen levels drop and that's why you get sleepy. Have to either drink it down all at once or hold your nose so you don’t taste it. I use a wire whip to dissolve it because just stirring with a spoon doesn’t work. Will use it since I broke the seal but will not purchase again.

I was a skeptic but man am I a believer. This has been a game changer for my intermittent fasting. I am now able to go on 20+ hour fasts. I thought this would be an absolute gimmick, not even going to lie. But no, this stuff works. It suppresses my appetite and keeps me from feeling sluggish. 5/5 stars for sure.
